These Terms of Service govern your use of hugyoohair.com and purchases from HUGYOO. HUGYOO is operated by the company identified in the Contact section below (“HUGYOO,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the store, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law applicable where you live.

1. Store Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to display products and process store activity. Your purchase is from HUGYOO, not from Shopify. Third-party services available through the store may also have their own terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the store with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You may not use the store for an unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting passwords or one-time verification codes. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account reasonably believed to be fraudulent, compromised or used in breach of these Terms.

3. Product Information and Natural Variation

We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Product availability, length options, cap size, lace tone, color, texture and other selectable details are shown on the relevant product page and confirmed in the cart or order.

Raw human hair and dimensional coloring can have slight natural variation in tone, texture, wave pattern and highlight placement. Color also changes with lighting and screen settings. Model images show styling and proportion; the exact position of a length varies with body proportions, texture, layers and cap placement. Hair length is measured gently stretched from root to end.

Minor natural variation is not automatically a defect. If the product received is materially different from the order or has a suspected manufacturing issue, keep it unaltered and contact us promptly with photographs.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions or obvious pricing errors. Where a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation where required.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm processing or dispatch, subject to payment, inventory, verification and applicable restrictions.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, incorrect pricing, resale activity, sanctions or legal restrictions, delivery limitations or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information. You are responsible for reviewing product, length, cap size, lace tone, quantity, address and contact details before submitting the order.

5. Prices, Payment and Taxes

Prices and currency are displayed on the store or at checkout and may change prospectively. The checkout total controls for the order submitted. Available payment methods vary by country, device and store settings.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout and to perform fraud, identity or authorization checks. Do not email complete card details, passwords or one-time security codes.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included. You remain responsible for taxes or charges that applicable law requires you to pay.

6. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Value

Promotions may have eligibility, product, customer, territory, time and usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one discount may be used per order and codes cannot be combined. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively after checkout.

We may decline or reverse a discount obtained through abuse, code leakage, automated scraping, duplicate accounts, inaccurate eligibility information or another violation of the stated promotion. This does not affect lawful purchases made in good faith.

HUGYOO Rewards

Participation in HUGYOO Rewards is also subject to the HUGYOO Rewards terms. Points and rewards are promotional value only, have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold or combined across accounts. Points earned from an order may be reversed if that order is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back or otherwise invalid. Earning and redemption rules displayed on the Rewards page apply at the time of the relevant activity.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Email orders@hugyoohair.com within two hours after placing an order for a guaranteed free cancellation or change request. After two hours, we will try to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has begun.

An item, cap size, lace tone, length, address or cancellation change is complete only when HUGYOO confirms it in writing. Once an order has shipped, carrier interception or address correction may not be possible.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, weather, public holidays, remote locations, verification and carrier events may cause delays. Title and risk rules are subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable street address and monitoring tracking. We do not accept P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. Full terms, including free shipping, estimated timing, carrier selection, duties, damage and missing-package procedures, are in Shipping & Delivery, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains the 30-day request period, careful try-on conditions, return authorization, return shipping, inspection and refund timing.

Because lace cutting, wear, washing, styling, dyeing, bleaching, hair cutting, adhesive use and cap alteration are irreversible, they affect eligibility to return an item as unused. Inspect the wig and confirm the order, fit and lace tone before making a permanent change.

Nothing in our return conditions limits non-excludable rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

10. Product Care and Use

You are responsible for following reasonable care and safety directions. Human hair is affected by heat, chemicals, friction, humidity and product buildup. Repeated high heat, incorrect detangling, adhesive misuse, sleeping, swimming, bleach, color or chemical treatment can change or damage the hair, lace and cap.

HUGYOO wigs are designed for glueless wear. Heat must be used with protectant and kept below 350°F / 177°C. See the Wig Care & Styling Guide.

Statements about a product being designed to last 12 months or longer with proper care describe an intended performance under appropriate use, not an unconditional lifespan guarantee. Actual longevity varies.

11. Reviews, Submissions and Communications

If you submit a review, photograph, video, question, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant HUGYOO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display content you intentionally submit for publication through the store for the purpose of operating and promoting the relevant review or store feature. Where broader advertising or creator-content use is requested, we will rely on an applicable campaign agreement or seek permission as appropriate.

We may moderate, refuse or remove content that is fraudulent, irrelevant, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, contains private information, is promotional spam or violates these Terms. We do not require reviews to be positive.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the store for fraud, unlawful resale schemes, abuse or infringement
• Introduce malware, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape, copy or use automated systems in a way that burdens the store or violates law
• Misrepresent identity, eligibility, reviews, delivery facts or payment authority
• Harvest personal information or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonate HUGYOO or imply an unauthorized partnership
• Use store content to train, market or operate a competing commercial service where prohibited by law or our rights

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or legal compliance.

13. Intellectual Property

The HUGYOO name, logos, product presentation, photographs, graphics, text, page design and other store materials are owned by or licensed to HUGYOO and protected by applicable law. Except for ordinary personal shopping use, no license is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit them without written permission.

Approved ambassadors receive only the limited brand permission stated in the HUGYOO Ambassador Program and any separate written campaign terms.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Payment, delivery, review, social-media and other third-party services are controlled by their providers. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove responsibilities HUGYOO has to you under mandatory consumer law for your purchase.

Links are provided for convenience and do not automatically mean endorsement. Review the third party's terms and privacy practices before using its service.

15. Disclaimer of Implied Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

Any exclusion of warranties or implied terms applies only where lawful. We do not exclude warranties, guarantees, remedies or standards that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUGYOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the store, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these Terms. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify HUGYOO for HUGYOO's own negligence or for matters that cannot lawfully be transferred.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and contracts with HUGYOO are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without applying conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring or defend a consumer claim in another court or under the non-excludable law of your place of residence.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to email support@hugyoohair.com with the order number, requested resolution and supporting information so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the store, services or law. The current version will be posted with a revised effective date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.

20. General Terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a genuine business transfer, subject to applicable law; you may not assign obligations without consent where this would materially affect performance.

These Terms, together with the policies and order details incorporated by reference, form the agreement for your use and purchase and replace earlier inconsistent store statements on the same subject.
