HUGYOO Rewards

HUGYOO Rewards is our way of recognizing customers who return to choose, care for and live in their hair with intention. Membership is free. The program is designed around useful rewards rather than constant promotion.

Join HUGYOO Rewards

Create or sign in to your HUGYOO customer account at hugyoohair.com. One person may maintain one Rewards account. Your account is where you can view available points and redeem eligible rewards.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to participate independently. Membership is for individual consumers and is not available for wholesale, resale or commercial purchasing accounts.

Ways to Earn Points

Purchase points are calculated after discounts on the eligible product amount actually paid, rounded down to the nearest whole US dollar. Taxes, duties, gift cards, refunded amounts and non-product charges do not earn points.

Review points are available for a genuine review connected to an eligible fulfilled purchase. A review may be positive, neutral or critical. It must reflect your own experience, comply with our review standards and contain no unlawful, copied, abusive or private information. A single product from the same fulfilled order can earn review points once.

Sign in before checkout and select an available reward through your Rewards account. Only one Rewards discount or other promotional discount may be used per order unless HUGYOO expressly states otherwise.

Rewards apply only to eligible product purchases made through hugyoohair.com. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, applied to an earlier order or used to purchase gift cards. A reward cannot reduce an order below the minimum amount required by the checkout system.

When Points Become Available

Account-creation points are added after the account is successfully created and verified. Purchase points are calculated after fulfillment and added after an eligibility review. Review points are added manually after the review and its fulfilled purchase are verified.

Processing or technical updates may take several days to appear. If an eligible activity has not appeared after seven days, email rewards@hugyoohair.com with the account email and relevant order information. Do not send a password, one-time code or complete payment-card information.

Returns, Cancellations and Adjustments

Points earned from a cancelled, refunded, returned, charged-back or otherwise invalid order are removed. A partial return produces a corresponding adjustment to the points earned from that order.

When an approved return includes an unused Rewards discount, the amount paid is refunded according to the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Points redeemed on a fully returned eligible order are normally restored after inspection is complete. Points are not restored where the related reward, order or account involved fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.

If a points adjustment creates a negative balance, future points may be applied to that balance before additional rewards become available.

Points and Account Activity

At launch, HUGYOO Rewards points do not expire. If we introduce an expiration rule in the future, it will apply prospectively, and active members will receive reasonable advance notice before existing points are affected.

Points are promotional value only. They are not property, stored money, a bank balance or a gift card. Points have no cash value outside the rewards stated on this page.

If you close your customer account, your associated points and unused rewards are cancelled. Accounts and points cannot normally be combined after separate accounts have been created, although HUGYOO may correct a clear technical or administrative error.

Fair Use

HUGYOO may withhold, reverse or cancel points, rewards or membership where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, duplicate accounts, automated activity, manipulated reviews, return abuse, unauthorized resale, code leakage or another attempt to obtain value contrary to these terms.

We may request reasonable information to verify an account or transaction. We will not ask for your account password, one-time sign-in code or complete payment-card number by email.

Program Changes

HUGYOO may update earning activities, reward values, eligibility rules or program operation as the store develops. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be posted on this page. Where a change materially affects points already earned, we will provide reasonable advance notice to active members unless an immediate change is required by law, security, fraud prevention or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

HUGYOO may pause or end the program with reasonable notice. Any use of points after an updated effective date is subject to the terms then displayed, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Rewards account information is handled under our Privacy Policy. The HUGYOO Terms of Service and applicable promotion terms also apply.

You may contact us at any time; we aim to respond within 24 hours, although weekends, public holidays and account investigations may take longer.
