What to Include

Product or Pre-Purchase Advice

• The exact product names or links you are comparing
• Your preferred color, texture and visual length
• Your circumference, front-to-back and ear-to-ear measurements for fit questions
• A makeup-free photograph taken in indirect natural light for lace-tone guidance, if you are comfortable providing one

Remote guidance is intended to help you compare options. Lighting, screens, measurements and individual fit mean it cannot guarantee an exact color or fit result.

Existing Orders

• Order number
• Full name and email used at checkout
• A clear description of the request
• Photographs or video where relevant

For cancellation, item or address changes, contact us within two hours of placing the order. After that point, we will try to help but cannot guarantee a change once processing or shipment has begun.

Returns, Damage or Delivery Concerns

• Order number
• Date received or the date tracking was marked delivered
• Photographs of the product, shipping carton, shipping label and packaging when applicable
• A description of the item's current condition and any steps already taken

Do not send a return before receiving written authorization and the correct return address. Unapproved returns or packages sent to the address shown on an outbound label may not reach the appropriate return facility.
